Ingredients:
For the crust:
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

For the filling:
- 2 cups raw pecans
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 cup maple syrup(not raw!) or raw honey depending on your taste
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

For the coconut whipped cream:
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk, refrigerated overnight (Canned option is fast and works great, you can also see the raw coconut whipped cream recipe for a fully raw option.)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
1. Start by making the crust. In a food processor, blend the almonds, dates, shredded coconut, and sea salt until the mixture sticks together when pressed between your fingers.

2. Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a pie dish, evenly covering the surface. Place it in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling.

3. To make the filling, combine the pecans, dates, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and sea salt in the food processor. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
