Lemon Ginger Blast Juice

Ingredients 

• 3 Cucumbers (Leave skin on)
• 2-3 Packs-o-Celery (leaves n all or hearts don’t matter)
• 3 Lemons (Swap for limes/mix it up)
• 3-5 Green Apples (add any kind of apples/pears)
• 2-3 Bunches Cilantro
• 2-3 Bunches Parsley (Curley or Italian, whatever you like)
• 1 Inch Ginger
• 1 Inch Turmeric
• 1 Habanero (more or less to taste, experiment with other peppers for fun, or none if you hate them)
• 1Lb or so Grapes (if desired)
*Feel free to experiment with herbs such as dill, basil, lemon grass, lettuces, kales, spinach, carrots, beets, etc…

Directions

Cut everything into juiceable sizes.  This will depend on your specific juicer. 

Peel citrus!!!  I cut my citrus in half and juice it by hand with a squeezer or hand twister. 

Make sure to evenly disperse potent items such as the ginger, turmeric, and any spicy peppers. 

I use a large bowl to pour all of my juice in, squeeze my citrus in, then stir. 

If desired sift through a wire strainer or squeeze through a nut milk bag to remove excess pulp.  I prefer to just use a large pour strainer, and then a smaller poured strainer after.  I don't feel the need to remove all the pulp.
